Eat Like We Do Here, Simply as 1 �C 2 �C 3!
When we serve salmon at the Smokehouse, we make these very same fillets ? full sides of wild Alaskan salmon! Prepped for the grill (or oven) with bones removed, brushed with olive oil and topped with all natural seasonings to accent and complement the fresh wild salmon flavor.
Quick-frozen to lock in all the nutrients and flavor, each fillet is 1.5lbs or more, making it a hearty dinner for 4 (or, save some to toss in with your eggs the next morning!).
Cooking this at home is SO SIMPLE. Here are the steps to experience wild salmon like we do:
- Thaw overnight in your refrigerator.
- Remove from the pouch, and place over low heat on your grill.
- Approx 20 minutes later, remove from heat, serve, and ENJOY!
Each fillet comes with full easy directions for grilling, or baking in oven. It’s a simple and delicious way to enjoy the taste of the Pacific Northwest!
