Start with our new Sauté Cut of wild Sockeye salmon -- perfectly sized for quick-searing on the salt brick (or, in a hot pan, too).?Simply brush each thin Sauté Cut with olive oil, and season as you like -- we recommend salt / pepper / garlic powder.? Then, place these cuts on their side on a heated Himalayan Pink Salt brick for just several minutes (following instructions for the salt brick), flipping once.? Remove from heat and serve.
